A native Houstonian, Amber Griffin is familiar with all areas of the Greater Houston Area. A graduate of Jersey Village High School, she then attended Sam Houston State University. She spent many years excelling in industrial and corporate sales before embarking on a career in residential real estate sales.
After obtaining her Real Estate License in 2002, Amber started her career with Ross Dunn Realty before she accepted an invitation to join The David Young Team in 2007. With over $96 million in sales in 2013, The David Young Team was ranked 7th by the Houston Business Journal as the Number 5 Team since 2009, as compared to all other residential real estate teams in the Greater Houston Area with regards to dollar sales volume. In 2013 Amber started her own team, Griffin Realty & Associates- Coldwell Banker United, Realtors.
Amber expertly facilitates her real estate transactions from inception to closing, while building strong personal relationships with each individual client. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail combined with her industry knowledge and negotiation skills allow her to successfully meet her clients’ needs and constantly exceed their expectations.
Amber is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), National Association of Real- tors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), member and ambassador of the Houston West Chamber of Commerce and she has earned the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designations. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, and Amber was recently awarded the 5-Star Customer Satisfaction Award and was featured in the Texas Monthly Magazine in 2011, 2012, 2013, & 2014. Amber is also a Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society Member, International Presidents Circle Member, Senior Sales Associate, & a Multi-Million Dollar Producer.
